Welcome Wednesday!
Middle of the week of the last week of June.. already?!? Only 6 days left... wow... what has happened...? My mind thinks it's May still.
Anyway... you know how I thought the dog/fence problem was fixed? he said... HAHA Mom... I found another way out... so I "jerry rigged" it till I can get back to Lowe's and buy something to keep the fence attached to the ground, yes, he burrowed under it... yes, all 150 lbs of him got through a hole the size of a watermellon!!
Enough about him... Supposed to go to a play party this weekend... might be wild.. I'll keep you informed all about it!

The weekend
Well, it was an interesting weekend as far as work goes... some fun calls!!!
I got the fence fixed!!! YAYYYY Now the big lug can't get out.
Now I just have to put the poles in and put up more fence so they have more room!
LOL... It's' never ending out here in the country..
Let's hope the week to come has more calls and some interesting topics!

Friday!!!
oh like it matters... I work all week long!! But hopefully I will be rid of the foster dog on Sunday.
It's 92 degrees out... ouch and the heat index has to be at least 96 degrees!!!
My big dog has made his own door in the backyard fence. he's pulled the fence away from the house and just goes in and out whenever he wants... la ti da... he doens't go anywhere... just lays in other parts of the yard guarding and lounging.
Went to Lowes today, got one of those 4x4 treated posts, and one of those spike things that it fits into once you pound the spike thing into the ground. I can't get the spike thing all the way into the ground!!! There's still about 10 " to go! I don't have a sledge hammer, although if I had one I probably couldn't pick it up!!! But once it's in, the fence will be anchored to that.... let's see him get outta there! I'm also claiming more of the yard for the fenced in part, so I had to buy those stakes you see holding up barbed wire for cows and horses... ROFL... except I put a welded wire fence up on it. Eventually they will have a 100'x30' fenced in area.
Once the foster dog is gone, I'm going to start looking for another greyhound.... I miss the 2 that I had and want another one. If you want to learn about my greyhounds go to www.greytway.com and click on DOGS, it's about 2/3 of the way down the page.
I thought we were going to have a kinky sleepover Sat night... but come to find out it's a vanilla sleepover because the kiddo's will be there... guess I'll keep my ass home and watch some movies if the dtv doesn't come in... rofl
so this is my long drawn out blog... I think I have some kinky stuff to write either later tonight or tomorrow!!! I promise!

Sad news today...
The foster dog killed one of my kittens today. I held her in my arms and watched her die... it was one of the saddest things I've ever had happen to me. I couldn't get his mouth open so he'd drop her. It's a 75 lb standard poodle, but he had jaws like a damm pitbull. I got my finger caught in there and it's all black and blue.
I'm going to bury the kitten tomorrow. She was a sweet little calico with green eyes. Her name was Menue, La Femme Menue which means the little girl in french.
I have one kitten left, she is solid black with gold eyes... her name is Taboo.
This dog is leaving by Sunday, he can't stay in my house.
Things will get better... just a sad day... Au revoir Menue

my dogs... sigh
The big dog in the pictures on my webpage and at Fetlife, Lance, my guard dog has this habit of just taking his big paw and pushing on the side stormdoor and POP, it opens for him and he goes running around our small town checking out all of the other dogs. Usually out for a couple of hours. I can't catch him with my bad knee... and he runs pretty fast for 150lbs.
Soooo.... I went to Lowes and got a gate latch... heavy duty thing. Put that sucker on today and tada! noboday is opening it except me! I'm going to have to do the same thing on the outside of the door because if I go out he just does it again... so I'll be able to latch it outside too...
Wow... talk about a boring blog... sorry... I think that is the excitement for the day!

Saturday's fun
Well... it's been a hoot around here today!
Buster (the 75lb foster - standard poodle) chased the 2 kittens under the bed for the 50th time... you should hear them go at it!
Lance (150lb newfoundland/lab cross) decided he needed to get into the kingsize bed with me while I was reading. Needless to say, he didn't want the other side of the bed, he wanted to lay practically on top of me. Man, it was just too hot for that!
I took it easy today, not much but a little laundry and I grilled myself a mean T-bone... it was about 1.5 inches thick... nice and rare the way I love it. I think my mouth had an orgasm with the first bite!
I watched 2 movies... lol.. talk about lazy day... first was Rob Roy, then later on I put on Alexander Revisited. That's the one with ALL the footage, including a shot of Colin Farrell's balls... ROFL... it was just sooo exciting (insert sarcasm). The dang thing is 2 discs long, so at the intermission I took a break and that's when I grilled my steak.
The dogs got treats with the fat from the steak, then they kept eyeing the bone... nope, no cooked bones for doggies!
Now I'm online and not sure what to do with myself... I may work on my website, or I may do nothing and go read some more of my book...
Can you tell that my tv's aren't picking up any stations? damn digital crap
